Dato’ Dr Raja Malik Raja Mohamed
Dato’ Dr Raja Malik is the Chairman of RDM. He served the government from year 1972 to 2005, and was formerly the Deputy Director General of MAMPU and CIO of the Malaysia Public Sector. He has served the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) for 9 years, the Ministry of Education and other agencies. He was also the former President of Malaysian National Computer Confederation (serving for 10 years), the recognized body for ICT professionals in Malaysia as well as the former President of the South-East Asia Regional Computer Confederation or SEARCC.
He is a PhD holder in Information Systems and Management Cybernetics from Aston University, United Kingdom. For years (from 1980) he has been actively involved with most local higher learning institutions as IT panelist, industry advisor, supervisor, lecturer, external examiner and curriculum board member. He is currently the E-Government Advisor to the Republic of Zimbabwe.
Dato’ Dr Raja Malik has organized, facilitated and presented papers in various workshops, seminars, forums and conferences at both national and international levels.
Othman Bakri is an entrepreneur, with more than 19 years of Business, Sales and Marketing experiences, specialized in ICT product and solutions for ICT Infrastructure, automatic identification, automatic data collection, mobile computing solutions and storage solutions.
With his skill as an entrepreneur, he has been running successful businesses, creating and developing business value by creating and overseeing implementation of the business strategies, ensuring the short and long term business goals are met and organization’s vision achieved.
He was previously the co-founder of Spritvest for 10 years, which is currently known as Grand-Flo Spritvest. During his early working years in RMS, he was involved with the business planning and product development of ATOM1, a Malaysian made computer build specially for schools.

James Wong was appointed as the General Manager of RDM in year 2011, responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales revenue and operations, inclusive of planning, directing and ensuring that operations run smoothly and according to company policy; ensures a close working relationship with partners, vendors and suppliers.
Previously, he was a Manager, Portal & Content Management (PCM) Lead for Asean in Accenture, with vast experience in program management and deployment of complex enterprise solution to large organization.
He was previously a Manager in Unisys, covering Financial and Public Sector industries. He is also one of the pioneers in setting-up Kofax Malaysia (formerly known as Dicom Malaysia) business operations.
